Men are always assigned to do the fixing jobs at home as long as they knew how to do it but this Chinese man unfortunately overestimated his ability to fix a broken washing machine that almost cost his head, literally.
On May 29, a man from Fujian Province was about to start to wash his clothes when he realized that the washing machine wasn�t functioning. Thinking that there was something stuck inside it, he placed his head inside the washing machine to check what was wrong. Instead of finding the fault inside the machine, unfortunately his head got stuck inside.
The man�s roommate helped him to pull him out from the machine but after few attempts they failed. Fire fighters went to the rescue and used chainsaw to dismantle the washing machine. They took 40 minutes to successfully pull the man�s head out from the washing machine.
Although rescuers used heavy equipments during the rescue operation, the man only got few scratches and was obviously felt happy and relieved after his head got freed from the washing machine.
Lesson learned? Always know your limitation and next time, never hesitate to call for professional help when needed
